If you are updating from the old paper cards to the new PVC Enhanced Tribal Card (ETC), please send a notarized copy of your driver's license, social security card, and a driver's license or passport style photo to enroll@sacriverwhiteriverbands.com or use the Pedigree Form Upload page and upload your documents and photo there.
